關於CCDA
中華教練專業發展協會(CCDA)是由一群熱愛教練的朋友組成的自發性組織團體，成立協會主要目的是建立教練的平台，對於教練服務的科學進行探討，推廣教練的知識及技能，期盼藉由本會的運作，提升會員的專業能力並促進會員間的互助與學習。
2007年12月底由王金珠教練發起讀書會 2008年2月開始進行教練讀書會 2008年完成3本教練書籍及台北ICFT分享會6次+ICF教練14學分學習 2009有15位加入國際教練學校ICA的學習預計2010年9月畢業拿到國際教練執照 2009年11月正式獲內政部核准設立協會 2010年2月21日成立大會 歡迎加入我們得行列 理事長：王金珠 jinnywang9223@gmail.com | Bringing Coaching to this Society -Change in Coporate and Education- 高雄首場國際教練會議，將在2011年3月19日在高雄蓮潭會館舉辦，會中有國內外7位資深教練分享在個人、組織及教育等相關領域的成果。同時更邀請企業、教育、人資及教練等代表，針對會議主題"專業教練在社會中的運用"進行一場精彩的討論。 The Kaohsiung's first international coaching conference will be held on March 19, 2011 at Garden Villa, Kaohsiung. There will be seven oversea and domestic senior coaches to share their coaching practice in individual, organizational, and educational fields. 會議會吸引有120位中外專業人士(企業主管、人資代表、教育人士及教練)參與，這是難得機會和世界各國的教練一同進行學習及意見的交流。 More than 120 professionals including corporate executives, HR managers, teachers and coaches are expected to attend the conference.
