Welcome Back

My name is Mr. K.T. Monroe and I am the art teacher at the great Rosemont Elementary School. I am a graduate from Norfolk state University majoring in graphic design. I have worked as a graphic designes for various military contracting companies and now I am an art teacher and have been one going on five years.

I am exicited for all my returning students. We are goning to have a great year in art.
