 Happy New Year!! I hope you have had a great Christmas and New Year, and hope to hear from you soon! I make a variety of Novelty & Celebration Cakes and over the last three years I have made many unusual designs, including untraditional Wedding Cakes, with several more orders in the diary! Children's designs so far include Christening cakes, Birthday cakes such as Fairy Toadstools, Fairy Towers, Pirate Boy, Tractor, Pig-pen, Dinosaur, Cars etc, and the more grown up themes are Wise Owls, Hobby related cakes, 2 or 3 tier stack cakes, Cascading Flowers with Ribbons, or Heart shapes in the same theme. We can discuss any design you wish for and I am always looking to be more creative. I make an lemon, orange or vanilla flavoured Madeira cake for most of the carved and stacked designs, but this can be adapted to a rich Chocolate, Lemon or Vanilla Sponge cake if less shaping is needed. Fruit cake, with or without marzipan, is also available.  Please note I don't use specific nut free or dairy free ingredients, or work in a nut free environment, so please be aware of this at the time of booking, and if you have ANY food related allergies I cannot accept your order. I am registered with the Food & Safety Team in Suffolk Coastal District Council and have had my kitchen inspected successfully by them. Please see the links below for example creations and prices, and please book early to avoid disappointment as I take bookings several weeks in advance. I currently need 6-8 weeks notice depending on the design, but always contact me in case I have availability. Most of my latest designs are on my Facebook page so please take a look there. I am extremely busy at present, being nearly fully booked for the next few weeks and I am now booking into March 2012. I have taken lots of Diary Date bookings for later this year without ideas of designs yet, so please don't think it is too early, even if you don't have an exact idea what you want!
