  • Tuesday:

  • 1st Tuesday of the month:
    A new Swing Jazz session in the Blind Dog, 13 Rosemary Lane, Canterbury. CT1 2PNa No longer happening.
  • 2nd Tuesday of the month:
    The Tenterden Folk Club now meets at The Woolpack, 26 High St, Tenterden, TN30 6AP - 01580 762934
  • Last Tuesday of the month:
    "Mick & Nicks" traditional music evening : This mixed session/folk evening is now yet again back up and running, in the Three Mariners, 37 Windmill Street, Hythe. CT21 6BH (was previously at the Kings Head and the Botolphs Bridge Inn.)

 

  • Wednesday:
    A high quality Celtic session that was on Stone St., and then in Wingham, is now at the George Inn, Molash, CT4 8HE.

  • Thurday:
    This mixed session has now moved back to the Bear, in Faversham, ME13 7AG;
    and an excellent evening it is, well attended by a range of musicians (including some young ones), and a packed pub.
    White Hart Folk Club, Hythe - This has now been subsumed into "Folk at The Drum" :
    Folk At The Drum, North Stanford, TN25 6DN, just off Stone Street which is just North of the Hythe exit from the M20.
  • First Thursday of the month:
    New: The Two Brewers Acoustic Music night runs on the first Thursday of every month at the Two Brewers, 113 High Street, Rochester, ME1 1JS, 8.30pm onwards, hosted by Sally Ironmonger Trio. (www.sallyironmonger.co.uk). Open Mic Night, PA provided.
  • Alternate Thursdays:

  • 1st Sunday:
    Hot Club style Jazz session at St Julians, Sevenoaks, TN15 0RX, lead by Bob Winquist (violin), Rick Townend & Gill Sands (guitars) and Nick Sands (bass). Time: 5-7pm.
