Diet

This is going to be interesting, but I think it might just work. Here's everything I have eaten
and drunk since February 13, 2009. I hope this isn't a bad sign--starting on Friday 13th???

Now, if I splurge, let me have it! Click here to send me a rebuking email. (Holidays, birthdays,
and my upcoming wedding are an exception to this rule, by the way). :)

Addition: Now that I am on NutriSystem, there are some new things to note. I am allowed up
to 2 dairy or protein, 2 fruit, 5 vegetable, 2 carb, and 1 fat serving(s) per day in addition to the
regular NutriSystem Entrees. I will highlight in red when I eat something outside of my plan.
Nutrition facts information for non-NutriSystem eats I obtained from nutritiondata.com.

Okay, starting today, as I said on my home page, I will only include things that are in addition
to NutriSytem because NutriSystem foods are very similar in nutritional content from day to day.
Sorry for the lapse there. At least I'm still losing weight!

Note: Okay, so I lost the paper that I was recording my meals on. I'm sure I will come across it
sometime. I start NutriSystem today, so from now on NS stands for NutriSystem. Also, notice
the nutrition facts that I am providing starting now.

Dinner: NS Thick Crust Pizza/Broccoli/Banana/Yogurt/1 muffin
Snack/Other: NS Zesty Herb Snack Mix/NS Chocolate Caramel Bar

Note: Okay, no more holidays until my birthday (April 15th), so I have no excuses for a while.

Note: It's Valentine's Day, so, while I am not going to splurge per se, I am going to take my sweetie
out for dinner and probably eat some dessert sometime.

Breakfast: 1 Grapefruit
Lunch: 2 servings oatmeal (mmmm...whole grains)
Dinner: Greek dinner with all sorts of yummy, not-so-good-for-you things
Snack/Other: Valentine's day candy (not very much)
Beverages: 8 Cups water, Iced tea with dinner

Lunch: 1 whopper junior (not a good day--have to do better later)
Dinner: Noodles with roast beef, broccoli, 1 banana muffin, cup of fruit with yogurt, zucchini casserole
Snack/Other: 2 small cupcakes (hmmm....I had to??)
Beverages: 10 cups of water
