My name is Tessa Jones, and I am the 7th grade Social Studies teacher here at CCJSHS.  I am currently in my 10th year here, with 8 of them in the junior high. I am really enjoying the group of 7th graders I have this year!

I am 37 years old, and I have one child, a daughter. Kendall Caroline is 10 years old and attends 5th grade at Miller Intermediate.  She is, and always will be, the light of my life!

I enjoy my position here, and working with the seventh graders. I am a 1989 graduate of CCHS, as well as  St. John's River Community College and the University of Central Florida. After receiving my bachelor's degree in Psychology, I came to work here teaching the GED/EXIT option class and a year later transferred to 7th grade. I have grown up on this campus, as my mom has been employed here for much of my life. I am now teaching students whose parents went to high school with me...shows my age daily!
