The handmade web sites that Kempwood Civic Association has had thus far have had the advantages of speed and simplicity for the reader.  Maintaining a handmade site without the benefits of modern "content management," however, is a bit of a nuisance, discourages regular updates, and doesn't lend itself to collaboration.

I hope you find this new site as easy to use, more up to date, and full of useful new features.  The trash and recycling pages have been completely revamped, and the Links page is more useful than ever.  I hope you enjoy it.
