This is based on research I have conducted myself.



If you have read my "About Me" page you will know that I was a loan officer. I then decided to venture into this field because I felt an obligation to be a part of the foreclosure solution.

I searched for a company that would provide 2nd to none services for about 3 months. And boy did I learn a lot. With just about every company I researched I still did not feel comfortable offering their services to my clientele. I found that about 75% of them were either scams or rip offs. I was appalled when I found out that most of them just fill out the loss mitigation paperwork and send it off to the bank and let the bank determine what the new loan modification would be, whether it was good or bad for the homeowner. The job was considered done.

Now with me being in the mortgage industry for over 5 years, I knew this couldn't possibly help homeowners. Most likely they would not be able to afford the new payments and would go down the same road again. Problem is, once you have a 3rd party negotiate on your behalf, and fall behind again, you will not be granted another modification for at least 12 months.
