Welcome to Mr. Hendrex's website for 8th grade American History at Kealing Magnet Middle School in Austin, Texas. On this page you will find a simple calendar of the daily activities in class, as well as daily slideshows, notes and handouts . This course is a unique thematic approach to the study of American History. Students will explore many perspectives of historical events and connect these events to issues that our world is facing today.
