V6 Stock Engine Specifications: Engine Specs

     Ok lets start off with visuals since this is the first thing most people notice unless your a true performance enthusiast. V6 and V8 firebirds and camaros are known as F bodies and the 93-02 models are called 4th generation F bodies then earlier models third generation and on back. Also as far as names such as Firebird, Formula, Camaro, Z28, there are differences:

    Firebird: V6 Model Pontiac       (93-97 Firebird)

      Formula: V8 Engine Pontiac with V6 Body Style

    Trans Am: V8 Model Pontiac with Ground Effects and different front and rear Bumper than the V6 model

     WS6:  1996-2002 Formula an Trans Am Packge Included Ram air Hood and ram air style intake. Also it should have WS6 badges. 98-02 Had a New Style hood to match the new front ends. WS6 Package also includes  a suspension upgrade, a less restrictive exhaust, and 275/40ZR/17 tires and 17 inch rims.
