If you have a question, opinion or concern regarding the North Park Complex call the
City of Kirksville Community Services Department at 627-1485.

Inquiries regarding rules and regulations of baseball or softball, team information, equipment, etc.,
need to be directed to a KBSA Board Member.

Rule changes for the 2013 season, need to be submitted in writing by September 1, 2012, to be considered

by the board.  Changes can be mailed to: KBSA, P.O. Box 603, Kirksville, MO 63501. 

KBSA Fall General Meeting will be held after the season ends; members will be notified of the meeting date.
All parents that have children playing in the summer baseball and softball leagues should plan to attend.

In the event of threatening or inclement weather, notification of delays and/or cancellations can be obtained by:

KBSA and/or the City of Kirksville will contact the local radio stations KTUF, KIRX, and KRXL by 4:00pm. 
All coaches, parents or interested parties should tune in your radio for cancellation announcements via
the news broadcast. 

Log on to the City of Kirksville web site: www.kirksvillecity.com.  Information regarding delays and/or cancellations
will be posted in the Parks and Recreation Department link by 4:00pm.  A recorded message will be available on
the Parks and Recreation Department information hotline, 627-1480.

Lost and found box will be located at the Concession Stand.  All items left on the ball fields will be taken there.
