 About Kevin  Kevin served as drum major in high school,
and led his band to multiple grand champion awards. Each time the band
was the overall winner, Kevin won first place drum major. In 1996, Kevin
served as a field conductor for the UNC Marching Tar Heels, and made
history in 1997 when he became the first African-American drum major in
the 100-year history of the Marching Tar Heels.
Kevin has more than a
decade of experience developing drum majors, and combines his drum major
expertise with his passion for leadership development. Kevin is pursuing an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership, and has two Masters: an Executive MBA and Masters of Science in Leadership.
