I am a doctoral student in the Industrial-Organizational program at Old Dominion University. I earned my B.S. in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and my M.A. in Human Resource Management from the George Washington University. My primary research interests include self-regulation and training.
I am currently working with Dr. Karin Orvis in her Training and Development lab. We are developing projects to examine the effect of feedback in Game-based training and the role individual differences play in the context of Game-based training.
A copy of my vita is uploaded under the attachments. Please feel free to contact me at kbaue006@odu.edu with questions about Old Dominion or the research the lab is conducting.
