My Daughter's Mini Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 bag miniature semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients with your hands until well blended.
- Press flat into the prepared pan. Sprinkle some Mini Chips on top and press.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, depending on how crunchy you want them.
- Let cool for 10 minutes,cut into squares then let cool completely before serving.
This Make a whole 9x13 pan full
Rhubarb Crisp
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 c. Rhubarb
- 3 oz. pkg. Strawberry Jello
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- White/Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 c. Melted Butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 c. Water
DIRECTIONS:
- Spread 6 cups rhubarb in 9x13 inch pan.
- Sprinkle 3 oz. package strawberry Jello and 3/4 cup sugar over it.
- Sprinkle a dry white cake mix over the top.
- Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 cup water over that.
- Bake 350 degree oven 1 hour.
