A voucher will confirms your reservation with the rental company. The voucher is not a rental agreement. When you pick up the vehicle, you must sign a rental agreement provided by the rental company and subject to local laws. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation.

BASIC RATES INCLUDES:

- Unlimited mileage and fire insurance. Liability Insurance for injuries or damages to persons or things outside the vehicle.
- Toll sticker for travel on highways within the Czech Republic. Airport Surcharge of 15% for rentals commencing at an airport location. * Vehicle License Fee.
BASIC RATES DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Rental excludes Collision Damage Waiver Rental excludes Theft Protection. Auto Europe strongly advises you to contact your credit card for coverage.
- Insurance coverage for personal injuries to driver or damages to vehicle. Optional coverage may be offered locally for an additional fee.
- Gasoline or Diesel. Client is advised to return the vehicle with a full fuel tank and to retain copies of gas receipts.
- Local toll, highway fees or travel stickers which may be required by local authorities.
GENERAL TERMS:
- Insurance is provided by the rental company. Additional coverage may be available for purchase from the rental company. Insurance does not provide coverage for damage to windows, tires, roof , underside or interior of the vehicle.
- The local supplier will require a security deposit to be blocked on the primary drivers credit card for the duration of the rental. Drivers license must be held for a minimum of 2 years (some exceptions may apply).
- Optional items (ie: luggage rack, child seats, etc.) are on a request basis only, for an additional fee. Drop off charges, if applicable, are estimates only, and may change without notice. Deliveries/Collections are available on a request basis only, for an additional fee.
- Minimum driver age is 19. Additional drivers sign on and pay locally. Drivers ages 19-23 must pay a young driver surcharge locally.
- We strongly advises client to check if car is DIESEL or REGULAR GASOLINE at pick up .
- Travel is permitted into Western European countries, Green Card Insurance must be purchased locally. Cars are not permitted to travel into Eastern Europe or any African country (i.e. Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, etc.). Vehicles may not travel on ferries and/or to Island locations.
- All rentals are based on 24 hour periods with a 3 day minimum rental, a full day is charged for any portion of a day that the vehicle is used.
- 5, 6 & 7 day rentals constitute a weekly rate, any rental duration longer or shorter than 5-7 days is calculated on a daily basis.
- When traveling to Germany, the vehicle requires an environmental emission sticker. Please check with the car rental company.
