KatNKDA Terms Of Use for images and tubes
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY.
GROUP MANAGERS, OWNERS & ASSISTANT MANAGERS –
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL OF MY IMAGES ARE IDENTIFIED CORRECTLY WITH COPYRIGHTS AND LICENSE NUMBERS.
THIS IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
These terms apply to all graphic hobbiests being signature tag makers, stationary and web set makers,
website designers and MySpace or other social network users. You are required to read,
understand and abide by these terms when using the artwork of KatNKDA.
NOTE: Anyone who bought packages through AMI ArtisticMindsInc., must abide by their TOU for the packages they bought there.

1. No KatNKDA image, composition or product may be sold or bartered or used for profit
or "break-even" endeavors in any way. Donation buttons are permitted on sites using KatNKDAimages.
2. All KatNKDA tubes and images must have (©) KatNKDA, www.nkdigitalart.us
plus your NKDA License # clearly legible
When placing your credit on the tag you can place "tubed, tagged, sig by"
or your watermark but you CANNOT place a © symbol next to your name.
All of these credits do not have to be in any order or placement on the tag.
When using my images for webpages or tutorials you must have the © KatNKDA,
the URL of www.nkdigitalart.us , and your KatNKDA license #
When placing your credit on the tag you can place "tubed, tagged, sig by"

or place another url on the tag other than the www.nkdigitalart.us
unless it is required by a photographer when using photography with
KatNKDA art.
3. All illegal use or redistribution of KatNKDA images must be reported to
Namon Sellers at abuse@nkdigitalart.us your identity as you report a file, will be kept strictly confidential
4. KatNKDA images may not be used in any commercial endeavor.

You may not use KatNKDA images to make any sort of product whatsoever to make a profit.
6. You may not cover any R rated tube by painting your own clothing but you may cover "exposed" areas with
things like stars, flowers or other elements.
You may not add elements to the images such as hats on their heads, clothing to their bodies or have them
holding things in their hands like umbrellas etc..... anything like this would be altering the artwork.
You may not turn a PG or R rated image into an X rated image by adding "props" that indicate a sexually explicit scene.
You may not tube elements off of any of the artwork such as wings, tails or parts of the outfit as this would
be considered altering the artwork. Most winged figures will also be available without wings.
7. KatNKDA Images may not be modified, or changed (except tubing for personal,
individual use only and any other allowances stated below). You may use close-ups of various images on your tag.
8. You may use only the KatNKDA images you receive or download due a valid membership or the contents of packages you bought at the store.
If you have been using KatNKDA images for which you currently do not have a License, those may not be used.
9. You may not blend KatNKDA images with any other artists images but you may make images containing
more than one KatNKDA licensed image.
10. You may animate any part of the KatNKDA image as long as the image remains recognizable as a
KatNKDA image. You may add twinkles, blinking stars to the image or the clothing.
You may make her eyes blink and YES....you can make the image "Breathe".
You may also animate the arms, legs and hair as long as the art remains recognizable
as a KatNKDA image. You may cover or crop areas that are
considered offensive in order to abide by the rules of other groups that only allow
PG rated images to be displayed.
11. Any individuals tubing their own images from KatNKDA images packages may not share
those tubes with others even if the person you want to share them with own the same image package.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY
All photography allowed with KatNKDA art including stock and free use photography.
You must follow the TOU of the photographer. If they require credit and/or their website URL it must appear on the tag.
When combining KatNKDA's art and photography that requires credit you must
display copyright information like this:

Photo©photographers name or website address
If no credit is required then just make the tag as usual.
13. You may colorize KatNKDA's art. Turn B&W into color....turn color into B&W
and change color of color images.
14. Brushes may be made from KatNKDA tubes for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Brushes must be treated as tubes which means no sharing and you must have a license and own the package
that the tube came from. When making a tag using a brush you cannot use the brush alone.
The actual image that the brush was made from must also be included in the tag.
15. When using Bryce or Vue background renders that you have created yourself please add
Background Render © Your Name.
16. All tags using KatNKDA's artwork must have something written on them. A name,
Welcome, Thank you, Hugs etc....no blank tags.
No blank headers but side border stats may be blank as long as credit & license # are applied.
17. Only accents are allowed that do not require © or credit. Examples are Outlaw by Design,
Rainbow Coffi, Monti etc.... Accents that require credit and © are not allowed.
When using scrapkits that require credit you must put Scrapkit by Theirname.
18. NKDigitalArt will allow your group or website to have a Donation Button as long as a donation
is NOT a requirement to join your group or access your website.
You must contact us first commercial@nkdigitalart.us and allow access to your group or website.

19. You MAY NOT share tubes or images in anyway be it via email, disk, file sharing
site or any other known methods of file sharing.
20. No alphas can be made using KatNKDA's artwork for the purpose of sharing, selling or downloading.
You may make letters/numbers for your own individual use on tags
21. Dolls....you may not chop the heads off of my tubes or images to pass out or to use to make "dolls".
22. You may use my work in avatars, AVS. When using my images in the 150x150 sized graphics you
must put the © KatNKDA and your license #. You do not have to add the url on graphics of this small size.
