I am very pleased to be working with a great team at Myo Massage. Myo has two locations: The Triangle and E 5th Street.  I get the liberty of treating my clients to best suite their needs, be it with Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Therapy (structural bodywork), deep tissue, sports massage, or a custom blend in what they call a "myo massage".  Austinites made Myo the 2007 and 2008 winner of the Citysearch poll for the best massage in Austin.  Myo Massage can be contacted directly at 512-472-4696.  Be sure to ask to schedule with me.

My background includes a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation at UNC-Greensboro and assisting adults with developmental disabilities.  In 1997 I began learning aquatic bodywork and in 2002 graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular & Massage Therapy in Charlotte, NC.  I was part of the school's staff for five years.  My specialties are using structural bodywork to get clients out of pain and therapeutic massage to relieve stress and tension.  All sessions are adapted to each client's unique needs.

Katie is an active member of The American Massage Therapy Association.

    Katie is proud to be working the the Texas Longhorns woman's athletic            program.
