        Hi guys. I've moved my site to a different location. It actually has Tips/Tricks and Exercise, unlike this page. I admit, it's not as ad/pop-up free or as quick,  but it has a lot of info. If you prefer, i suppose you may just continue to view this site but i'd suggest my new site, F.A.T Soul.

    This is my first update. I am beginning construction of this Site. It will be more or less the same as my previous website which is probably fairly unknown because not many have seen it. Hopefully the site will be up in a few days.
