Welcome to Karen’s Bosom Buddies new website!  We’re still under construction, but I wanted to tell you a little bit about what we’ve done so far and what we hope to do.  In the section “Who We Are”, our Team Captain, Karen Bruck, talks about the team, Relay and why we do what we do.  If you go to the “Events” section, you can see the upcoming team and Relay events. 

To the right of this article, you can see a slideshow of last year’s Relay, which by the way, was a great success – tornado warnings or not!!  On the left sidebar of every page you will see the Relay for Life logo, which you can click on to go directly to our team page on the Relay for Life website, where you can make a donation, join or start a team, and follow our progress as we near Relay.  Speaking of, you will also see a Countdown to the 2010 Relay for Life.  The Relay is being held on June 12, 2010 at Shepard High School, 13049 South Ridgeland Avenue, Palos Heights, starting at 4pm.  We invite all of you to come out and visit us – I can’t promise, but if you time it just right, you might be able to see Mike and Lambert showing off their feminine side – all for the cause of course!! 

Be sure to come back to our website periodically.  We plan on adding a Meet the Team page where you can ohhh and ahhh over team pictures, add links for our friends and sponsor businesses, and most importantly, add an In Memory Of page, where the team and all of our friends can add pictures of family and friends who’ve lost their battle.  This is what we are about and we don’t ever want to lose sight of that.
