Karate NL Chief Official & Tournament Co-ordinator: Mr. Derek J. Ryan
Tournament Officials include *Minor Officials (scorekeeper, timekeeper, caller), *Arbitrator, *Judge, *Referee.
Training Courses ongoing throughout the year for volunteer officials (new and experienced). Minor Officials may be non-karate volunteers.
Arbitrator, Judge & Referee must be registered karate practitioners with significant and continued karate training.
Provincial Certification is issued to successfully trained and evaluated course participants.
Training courses usually offered at Avalon Karate MQP dojo.

- 28 Nov 2010 (MQP 9:00am-12pm)
- 16 Jan 2011 (MQP 9:00am-12pm)
- 06 Mar 2011 (MQP 9:00am-12pm) .
