LOTEK, likes gado-gado, but is not same at all, is one traditional, vegetarian and populace Indonesian healthy food in my home-town, as an ordinary person in this ages of modern world, so I like to take my name more as LOTEK MODERN too.

In food shops at Sunda, Jawa Barat, Indonesia, like in the picture, can to enjoy the lotek, petis cuka and others of Indonesian foods.

I am missing some foods from my home-town, so I named :
