Interesting facts and accomplishments:  Tylar started the 4th grade this year and has entered a whole new dimension of freedom.  As has become the "norm" with our family, he seems set on remaining one of the tallest in his class.  He's just starting his 5th year of soccer and can't wait to "kick some butt".  Tylar has passed Hunter's Ed and is looking forward to his first year of duck hunting with Dad and his dog, Maximus.  Tylar turned 9 this year and received his very first 20-gauge from Mom & Dad, he also advanced from a Wolf to a Bear in Scouts.  He's really been enjoying it and won his first Pinewood Derby for his troop this year (sadly, the car did not do so well at regionals).  He just started wearing his first set of contact lenses and is seeing life thought a whole new light!  One of his & Mom's biggest concerns right now is how to top last year's Halloween costume & Crazy Hair Day "do"!  Tylar is named after his Dad, David Troy Madsen.
