Discdog (Hundfrisbee som de översatt det till). Artikeln dock ej publicerad på nätet.

Broschyr, utgiven av rasklubben KPCHP.
 
Framsidan på den broschyr som jag köpt av den tyska kenneln.
Kostade bara 10 Euro, men är knappast värd pengarna för den enskilde personen.
Broschyren är framtagen av rasklubben i juli 2006. Om man bortser från de tyska
och tjeckiska sidorna så återstår bara 5 sidor rasstandard och 5 sidor med historik
(dock kompletterad med information om hur det moderna avelsarbetet sattes igång).
Därtill kommer några sidor med färgfotografier på Chodskys.

It only cost 10 Euro, but is hardly worth the money.
The pamphlet is produced by the breedclub in July 2006. If you discard the german
and czech pages there remains only 5 pages of breed standard and 5 pages of history
(though added with information about how the modern breedingprogram was initiated).
There are also a few pages of pictures in color of Chodsky dogs.
 
 
Chodov.
Jag har hittat följande lilla engelska text på nätet:
 
"The name "Chodsky" comes from ethnical group of people called "Chodove", who lives in the
south-west part of Czech republic and in middle ages had many privileges from the king.
"Chodove" comes from Czech word "chodit" - "to walk", because these people were the guardians
of the borders of the Czech kingdom and Bavaria.
 
I översättning:
Namnet "Chodsky" kommer från den etniska folkgruppen "Chodove", vilka lever i den sydvästliga
delen av Tjeckien och som på medeltiden hade många privilegier av kungen. "Chodove" kommer
från det tjeckiska ordet "chodit" - "att gå", eftersom detta folk var gränsvakter vid gränsen mellan
Tjeckien och Bayern.
 
Nu är jag inte riktigt överens med skribenten...jag rekommenderar istället att man tittar på
http://www.chodovepeople.com för att få bättre och framför allt, mer information.
Ska man dessutom tro på wikipedia så kommer faktiskt Chodovfolken ursprungligen från
Polen...

...så heter den tjeckiska desserten.
 

Som synes är det bara fantasin som sätter gränser när man gör en Chodskýkaka!
 
Jag hade tänkt lägga upp receptet, men eftersom alla recept är på tjeckiska och Googles översättare

"Verksamma ingredienser" verkar vara vallmofrön (vilket är vad som dekorerar den övre bilden), ostmassa, skalade mandlar
och en aning pepparkakor...
 
As you can see, it is only the imagination that limits the look of a Chodsky-cake!
I intended to put up the recipe, but since all recepies are in the Czech language and Googles
translatorservice is what it is, I don't dare to...

The ingredienses that seems to give the flavor is poppyseeds (which is what decorates the top image), cheesegooey (sorry, hard to translate that word...), peeled almonds and some gingerbread cookies...
