- Co-chair of the Systems Science in Health Systems Strengthening working group of the American Public Health Association - International Health section. The objective of the working group is to provide a venue for interested global health professionals to learn about systems sciences, collaborate around research and practice activities from a systems perspective, and advocate for increased consideration of system sciences in education, training, practice, policy and evaluation. - Volunteer tutor for People's Open Access Education Inititative: Peoples-uni. The mission of this initiative is to build public health capacity using internet-based e-learning for those working in low to middle income countries who would otherwise not be able to assess such education.
