Business / Factory Diagnosis

 

This is a one-day assessment session.  The purpose of this on-site assessment is to analyze the business/factory in detail and to:

 

  • Evaluate the client’s key operational issues & the current business situation
  • Meet with selected managers to understand their key issues and concerns
  • Understand the value stream
  • Understand the client’s current and future state vision
  • Assess how far is the client’s current performance from Lean practitioners.
