He has 12 years of experience in operation management and more than 6 years’ practical experience in implementing lean management and facilitating continuous improvement projects as well as 5 years + consulting experience in helping clients in Asia Pacific region to moving towards lean.  He also has in-depth experience in conducting on-site and public lean manufacturing lectures/training workshops.  Besides, he has been conducting lectures in strategic management in The Open University of Hong Kong for 2 years.

His expertise is in lean operation design and implementation, business strategy, value stream mapping, cultural change management, pull system, inventory reduction, mistake proofing (poka-yoke), quick changeover of line and machines, TPM (Total Productive Management), business process kaizen (BPK), product and production process (3P), production preparation (2P),  and the like.

During his last few years as senior lean management consultant, he serves clients in different geographic regions, including: China, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Malaysia and Bangladesh.
