Fully understanding the fundamental principles of Lean is crucial to successfully transform into and run a Lean Manufacturing operation. We combine classroom instruction with application in the work place to insure that the principles are well understood and that our clients become self-sufficient.

To begin with, we help clients to create a rapid physical change on the shopfloor (implementing Lean principles by using Kaizen methodology), that initiate daily continuous improvement.

We coach our clients throughout their Lean conversion journey to ensure sustainment and create a detailed vision on the entire value chain from product concept to accounts receivable.
