Kaibigan Ermita Outreach Foundation Inc. (Kaibigan for short) is a charitable organization devoted to the care and well-being of street children and children at-risk in Manila, Philippines. Kaibigan was founded in 1986 by Mr. Alain Pronovost.

Over the past 22 years, Kaibigan has sent thousands of needy children from the inner Manila area to school, keeping them off the streets where they were found by the Foundation's social workers. Health clinics, health missions and referrals, sports activities, music lessons and livelihood programs are provided for the children. Parents also participate in livelihood programs and there is a small capital assistance project directed toward the children's parents or guardians.
