Per the KADE April 2008 Board Meeting: The Definition of a Developmental Student is as follows: Developmental students are those who are enrolled in reading, writing, and/or mathematics courses numbered below 100, with the exception of colleges/universities that number courses at 100 but give no credit toward graduation for these courses.
