Learning the ancient text of the Zohar and the Kabbalah is possible for almost anyone regardless of one's background, training or education. The Kabbalah Centre was founded by Rav Berg in order to disseminate the teaching of the Kabbalah to the entire world.  Indeed, the Kabbalah Centers around the world have opened the eyes of the world, from those who speak English to those who speak French or Spanish, to the concept of Kabbalah.

Rav Berg has stated that he has a letter from Rav Brandwein that Rav Berg says indicates his appointment as Rav Brandwein's successor in teaching Kabbalah. Apparently Rav Brandwein also instructed Rav Berg to take the teachings of the Kabbalah and make them accessible to the world. 

The faculty and staff of the Kabbalah Centre have all been trained in the study and teaching of Kabbalah, and many of them are students of Rav Berg. The classes are held in the Kabbalah Center, and then one can also make use of all the latest technology - cds, email lessons, internet lessons etc. to make sure that he is able to get the most out of what the Kabbalah Centre has to offer.

The Kabbalah Center has become an international phenomenon, which has brought fame and success to Rav Berg and Karen Berg, his wife and co-founder. Their two sons, Michael Berg and Yehuda Berg, also teach at the Kabbalah Centre, and they also play pivotal roles in the running of the centers.
