November 2006

We are still seeing lots of interesting wildlife.  This morning (Nov 4) on our daily walk we saw a pileated woodpecker and a slightly PO'd deer.

August 2006

Drats!  We've had 4 watermelons violated at the stuga.  Judging from the total destruction of the melon and the continuing de-hanging of the birdfeeder, we're guessing it's a raccoon.  A big raccoon.

July 2006

It finally feels like we might be heading towards the finish line with the home repairs. Whew! Now we are decluttering in the hopes that we might get to move to the stuga someday.

June 2006

Terri, Traci and I had fun in New York! Poor Mark had to stay home and work on the living room floor.  I wonder what would be more fun to him: home improvement projects or traveling with three women?
