It's a wrap!! The 2010 FIS Junior World Championships have come to an end and in doing so made history as the first world championships to combine freestyle skiing and snowboarding, as well as feature slopestyle in both disciplines.

Congratulations to Finlands Petja Piiroinen and Enni Rukajarvi who are the new Snowboard Big Air Junior World Champions and we look forward to seeing you all again next year for more outstanding international competition at 100% Pure New Zealand Winter Games.

Volunteers needed for the FIS Snowboard and Freestyle Junior World Championships,  20-31 August 2010

 

The world’s top junior freeskiers and snowboarders will line up with over 400 athletes aged between 13 and 20 years to take part in a spectacular display of junior sport at its best.
