Project Manager, Project Liaison (March 2004 – June 2005)

Background: While pursuing his MBA, Lacche took on two consecutive jobs within the organization of OSU International Programs. Although the stakeholders and audiences of these projects were significantly different, there was the common fabric of handling secure information that was required by law to be protected. This “constraint” proved to be a wonderful education in itself as Lacche had to become immediately fluent in all levels of the project to ensure success and audit compliance. Lacche created a bare-bone operational CRM system that delivered the project wins.

• Project Manager: Census data collection, business analysis and reporting: ran two state-sponsored projects to arrive at a complete view of different areas of academic skill sets.
• Performance analysis: quantified and qualified steps to improve business performance.
• Web marketing: developed and implemented international web marketing plans.
