Commissioner, Washington County Civil Service Commission

Lacche was appointed to the Washington County Civil Service Commission by the Washington County Board of Commissioners. He is currently in the first of his two-year term.
(2004-2005 Academic Year)
Lacche was elected the 40th President of the Oregon State University MBA Association in November, 2004. His term was for the academic school year; Lacche served out his term through graduation day 2005.
The top win of the Lacche Administration was the passage of the OSU MBA Code of Conduct and Ethics. Lacche's presidential journal is part of the OSU Archives.
