Who will be my designer? Our network of designers are fully vetted by 'Just Ask A Designer' and only those designers that have the experience and background for the project you submit will be assigned. We try to match your personal requirements and design style with those of our designers.
Can I choose my designer?
At this moment, no. We do this for two main reasons. The first reason is because our designers are fully vetted and we believe that 'Just Ask A Designer' will provide you with a better match. The second reason is to keep pricing and time schedules at an optimum level for our clients. Eventually we hope to offer this as a premium service at a future date.
Can I set a budget for the project.
Absolutely, this is actually part of the design process and we will ask you that and other important questions. The budget is a critical element and helps decide the furniture, fabric and other items for your project.
I have some furniture that I want to keep. Can you incorporate it into the design?
Yes. In order to do so correctly we ask that you submit a photo of each piece and dimensions.
I don't want any new furniture. I only want to use my existing items and maybe change the fabrics and paint colors.
We can do as little or as much as you wish. Pricing remains the same. Again, you just need to submit photos and dimensions for all items you want to keep and we'll do the rest.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is required in full in order to start a project. After you submit your project and it has been reviewed and verified by 'Just Ask A Designer' you will be sent a 'Confirmation Order' and instructions for payment will be given at that time. As soon as your payment is received and cleared your project will be started and your 45 day guarantee will begin.
How do I pay?
Payment is best made via PayPal. It is safe and secure and one of the most widely recognized payment services online.
How long does it take to receive the completed design?
All projects have a 45 day guarantee from the final payment date. However, we try our best to complete most projects within just a couple weeks. Actual times vary somewhat depending on how busy we are at the time your project was submitted and the complexity of the design itself. If for any reason 'Just Ask A Designer' feels your project will take longer than 45 days you will be advised in writing prior to payment. |
