This list has 1800 subscribed members. Rules - don't mess up and don't send more than 2 emails a week.
 
Overview of responsibilities
-Email announcements about tournaments, leagues, and other events.
-For each league's registration, email at the beginning, during, and near the end of the registration period.
-Email drafts to JUNTA so they can make sure no typos/missing info gets by.
-Respond to emails/inquiries about the league. Emails sent to info@a2ultimate.org are your responsibility.

Editorial Guidelines
-Include topics of the email in the subject line
-Use bold, italics and colors, but only as necessary
-Add link at the bottom to allow people to unsubscribe themselves from the list so they don't have to email you. Link at http://lists.a2ultimate.org/mailman/listinfo/announcement 
 
After each league...
Upload the new members email list into the system.
  1. Log into http://a2ultimate.org/code/user/
  2. Under the latest season is a link named 'Email list', download this.
  3. Log into http://lists.a2ultimate.org/mailman/admin/announcement/members/add
  4. Using the field labelled '...or specify a file to upload', browse to, then upload the file you just downloaded, then hit 'Submit Your Changes'
  5. Now the email list should be up-to-date, and you should be ready to send.

Create new email lists

  1. Log in at: https://webmin.bidwell.textdrive.com/virtualmin-mailman/
  2. Add new list here, then go to lists.a2ultimate.org to edit settings and add members
  3. Log in to the administrative page for the specific list, edit list options under "General Info"
  4. To add people go to 'Membership Management...' Mass subscription lets you do the mass add - you can upload a file, which you can download at http://a2ultimate.org/code/user/ (Ex: 2008 -> Fall -> Email list)
