I am a Senior Policy Analyst in the Old Age Security Policy and Legislation Division at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), within the Government of Canada.
I’m an applied researcher in population economics, working on aging, pensions and care systems, labour market ageism, intergenerational equity, and public finance. I specialize in microsimulation and National Transfer Accounts to produce policy-relevant analysis. I’ve worked across government, academia, and research institutes on the economic challenges of demographic change.
