About this particular plumber
Born 1963, making a living as a plumber in Deganwy, Conwy but also working as a plumber within Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and the surrounding North Wales hills and bumps. I live with my lovely Osteopath wife. I drive a Connect van (white of course) and it's great to drive around beautiful North Wales meeting amazing people (some people really do amaze me ;-).
Aside from general plumbing and bathroom projects I am particularly interested in technologies that will assist in protecting our planet. It is for this reason that many of my projects involve wood burning stoves, thermal stores and solar heating (solar panels).
Outside of working as a plumber in Conwy, Llandudno and Colwyn Bay I enjoy listening to Radio 4, sea kayaking, sailing, surfing, reading, writing, fine wine and lots of other things but there is never enough time!

Living in the Conwy, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay area then call and ask for Julian the Plumber... 0776 980 8007. Why no landline? Simple answer is we do not have one - just broadband and mobiles. Our base is 213 Station Road, Deganwy, Conwy, North Wales LL31 9EX and you can see the van there on the drive most evenings.

Mission
To be an intelligent, professional and honest plumber who strives to be fully aware of present legislation aimed at improving customer safety and protection of the environment. A key desire is that my customers are satisfied to the extent that they will use me again and recommend me to others.
I will never take on a task unless I am confident I can provide an excellent service.
All charges notified in advance with no hidden surprises.
I do not believe in cheap products or cutting corners but also do not believe in non-transparent prices (£30 per hour is my normal hourly rate, no silly hidden rules).

Experience & Qualifications
BPEC Water Regulations (2007)
Energy and Efficiency Part L (2007)
Part P Electrical limited scope (2007)
Unvented cylinders (G3) (2009)
During 2007 I undertook an intensive multi-week course that focused on water quality and energy efficiency.
I am also networked with a Gas Safe-registered heating engineer, a joiner, a painter/decorator, an electrician - all excellent at their trades - so I have a great team if and when required.

To retain a high degree of quality I am focusing my attentions outside of boilers and am not registering to work with gas(a legal requirement for gas); if your boiler needs attention you need a Gas Safe heating engineer and I'll happily recommend one. I am very happy working on small and large jobs: WC's, baths, basins, sinks, taps - and full bathroom refits (including standard tiling) are all tasks I very much enjoy getting involved with. Radiators - moving, fitting, repair, adding TRV's (thermostatic radiator valves), de-sludging with chemicals, protecting with inhibitor all within my remit. Dishwashers and washing machines - yes. Outside taps - yes. Loft cisterns, cylinders - yes.
