George Kerr, a lecturer on the EJU Level 5 High Performance Coach Award, has concluded a remarkable 2010 with the award of a CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2011 New Year Honours List, announced today by the Queen.

Kerr Sensei, was awarded his 10th Dan by the IJF in February, and in November he was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette, by the government of Japan.
