 What is An Orgasm?

An Orgasm is an intense inner feeling with physical pleasure which comes after the period of arousal. It may varies great in time, from minutes to hours, with appropriate stimulation on body parts.

 Is Orgasm important in sex?

Although the answer would seem clearly to be yes, it has often been said and written to some women that they do not need orgasms.

Good sex expresses love, relaxation and letting go, plus pure body pleasure. Unlike men, women are now under great pleasure perform before having orgasms, especially during intercourse.  Anybody should enjoy sex , especially women as orgasms in sex is a natural course of things. Women are made to feel that they should enjoy sex too by having orgasm to please the man than they are to please themselves.

How to achieve orgasm?

There are many ways one's can achieve orgasm. One of the ways is by direct or indirectly stimulate their private organ - penis or clitoris. Such stimulation may come from types and varieties of activities such as sexual intercourse, manual masturbation, anal sex, oral sex, non-penetrating sex, a sensual vibrator or an erotic electrostimulation.

Orgasm may also be achieved by stimulation of the nipples or other erogenous zones.

For men to orgasm, it is not all about ejaculation. Pre-adolscent boys may experience an orgasm without ejaculation - in the absence of physical stimulation. this is often know as "wet dream".

Orgasm by Masturbation

Masturbating, fantasizing or getting into an aroused state mentally is important. Also, for them being alone is important. Some use the tips of their fingers for actual stimulation then with patting motions or light rubbing motions over the genera area. As excitement increases, they began stroking above the clitoris and finally reach the climax with a rapid, jerky circular motion over the clitoral hood.
