My name is Jens Rabiega and I am certified personal trainer and spinning instructor (ETA) from South Africa. I offer my personal training services in Montpellier and surrounding areas. 

Why use a personal trainer?

  2. I will keep you motivated and on track.
  3. To lift you up when you don't feel like training.
  4. Advise you on correct nutrition.

These are some of the reasons but I just have one simple message for you. I am here to help you look and feel your best and do it it the safest way possible, best of all I will do it in the comfort or your own home or nearby park. I speak fluent German, English, Afrikaans and a bit of French.
