There are two problems 1) Upper section of the down pipe (between missing dogleg and the roof) is blocked and water over flows down the building. 2) The dogleg pipe that connects the upper pipe to the lower one has come loose. I have the pipe, which had tilted into the gutter below the window, but there is no sign of the bracket which must have once secured it to the wall.
