RESEARCH PROJECTS There are different projects: projects with Brazilian groups, FCT projects and others. Participants are organized around a research center named Research Center on Quality of Life, Well- Being, Health, and Happiness”. The main aim of the center is to group researchers and projects focused on positive aspects of Health Psychology. The research are Fundação para a Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT) projects and others. They are multidisciplinary and multicentre: it groups people from different colleges of Porto University, from different universities, and from different institutions: it has external consultants (James Penebaker, from Texas University-USA, and Stan Maes, from Leiden University-The Netherlands). -Projecto MCT/CNPq, nº401468/2009-7, Brasil, com inicio em 2009, na área Ciências Humanas, Sociais e Sociais Aplicadas, intitulado, “Avaliação de variáveis cognitivas e contextuais - orientação educativa, hábitos de estudos, estresse, ansiedade e depressão - interferentes no rendimento de estudantes do ensino superior do Amazonas e do Mato Grosso do Sul”, instituição proponente: UFAM - Universidade Federal do Amazonas, Brasil sob a coordenação da Doutora Suely Aparecida do Nascimento Mascarenhas-Consultor do projecto “Monitorização de Indicadores de Saúde Infanto-Juvenil: Impacto na Educação para a Saúde” PTDC/CPE-CED/103313/2008, coodenado por Carlos Manuel De Sousa Albuquerque
