Clara Niubó
Born in Casserres (Berguedà), 1987. Lives and works in Barcelona.
Product Design Degree and Postgraduate in children’s illustration at UAB, specifically at the Art Design School of EINA, Barcelona. Erasmus at Academy of Fine Arts, Praga. Higher degree of artistic jewellery at Massana School of Barcelona. She has done specialized courses with different techniques of painting and jewellery at Massana Permanent, Taller Perill, at the Industrial School of Arts and Crafts and at the jewellery workshop from Jaime Diaz.
She is part of the collective Joyas Sensacionales, coordinated by Silvia Walz. Since 2013 she works with the jewellers Carla Garcia, Sandrà Llusà and Maria Diez, with the collective Quars d’una.
Since 2012 she has participated in various national and international exhibitions like, The Summer Festival 2013 and 2014, Galería Slavik, Viena; Graduate Show 2013, Galería Marzee, Holanda; ConSpiration and En transito, Instituto Cervantes 2014 i 2015 respectively, Munich, among others.
