after graduation cermony

He is one of the students that will be graduated in few next months but due to some economical reasons he and other students of his class included in the ceremony.  He asked us if taking a photo bring him a better score for the  pediatric nursing and also  community health nursing courses and we said  "NO"

Dr.Akram Sanagoo is the professor of community health nursing and  I am the head of child and family health nursing.
