Michelin

The famous guide Michelin loves to give their stars people who elaborates French cuisine, the traditional and boring one. In order to gain a star outside France and without doing French cuisine, you need to be super innovative and create amazing things. I do not like their philosophy, just because some restaurants say there are French does not mean they are good. Some of the stars they give are really a shame.

Nonetheless, based on this articles here are the Spanish restaurants, which have one, two or three Michelin stars.
Three stars: Akelarre and Arzak, San Sebastián; Martín Berasategui, Lasarte (Guipúzcoa); El Bulli, Roses (Gerona); Can Fabes, Sant Celoni (Barcelona) and Sant Pau, Sant Pol de Mar (Barcelona).

Two stars: Tristán, Portals Nous (Majorca); Abac, Barcelona; Atrio, Cáceres; El Poblet,  Denia (Alicante); Mugaritz, Rentería (Guipúzcoa); El Celler de Can Roca, Gerona; Sergi Arola Gastro and Santceloni, Madrid and La Alquería, Hacienda Benazuza de Sanlúcar la Mayor (Seville).

One Star: Boroa, Amorebieta (Vizcaya); L'Aliança d'Anglès, Anglès (Gerona); Cinc Sentits and Manairó, Barcelona; Els Tinars, Llagostera (Gerona); Alboroque, Madrid; Skina, Marbella (Málaga); El Nuevo Molino, Puente Arce (Cantabria); Pepe Vieira, Raxó (Pontevedra); L'Angle, Sant Fruitós del Bagés (Barcelona); Abantal, Seville; Valdepalacios, Torrico (Toledo); Riff and Vertical, Valencia and Bal d'Onsera, Zaragoza.

Congratulations!
