You must read and sign this before we start.

 Jo's GUARANTEE on Purchasing a NEW POODLE Puppy:

I take pride in each one of my New little Poodle Angel Puppies and 

I love them dearly. I would never knowly sell a sick or sickly acting Puppy. 

Some Puppies will be withdrawn and sad at 1st when you bring them home, They are Scared and miss me and my other Poodles and their litter mates, Please hold them kiss them and snuggle with them as much as possible the 1st week or 2  this will ease them and they will know they are safe. My puppies are used to sleeping in their Crates at night,So make sure 1st thing in the morning you let them out to potty and before you put them in their crate at night. 

Health Guarantee is from 1 year of the DOB of the Said Puppy 

 Purchasing a POODLE Puppy from Jo's Pinkie Poodles  you are agreeing to the following:

1. Puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time the new owner receives the new puppy. New owner needs to pre-schedule an appointment with their veterinarian and have puppy examined within 3 days of receiving pup. If the new owners vet finds an inherited problem with the puppies heart, liver, or kidneys, owner must notify seller at that time along with a report of findings from the vet. Seller has the right to have the pup checked out with her vet. If vets are in agreement, Then

Seller will replace the pup with a same valued pup as soon as one is available. No Refunds but  what you paid for the said puppy will apply to the Equal value of the next available value puppy. But the Puppy will have to be seen by my Vet and agree that it is genetic and the said puppy will then be given back to me or put down. In other words you will not keep the "Sick Puppy" and receive another of equal value. You will have to transfer the said puppy back to me at your cost.

2.Buyer agrees to pay all shipping and buyer's vet fees. I am never responsible for any incurred vet bills.

3.1 year (from date of birth) guarantee against life threatening inherited problems of the pups heart, liver & kidney's comes with your purchase. If any of the said problems are found, proof from a licensed vet is needed.  Buyer will have to pay the expenses to ship the pup back.  Seller will have the pup checked by their own personal vet.  If both vets are in agreement, a replacement pup of same value will be given at first availability. Although I have never had or expect the death of a puppy or any health genetic problems,  but if this should happen,  a full necropsy will need to be performed by a licensed lab or state veterinary school. The findings will need to be Faxed or mailed to the sellers vet in order for the guarantee of the heart, liver & kidneys guarantee to be effective.  Again YOU are  responsible  for the shipping costs if the puppy needs to be sent back to me.

4.I do not guarantee that my poodles are show quality or that they are potentials for breeding, therefore,  I  do not guarantee the weight, height, or color, although I give my best estimation.

5.A new puppy can be stressed due to a new environment. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure your new puppy is eating, drinking, and made to feel comfortable in the new surroundings. Proper nutrition of any puppy or dog is very critical. Make sure food is accessible at all times for your little Angels especially 8-14 weeks. Specially for Teacup Poodles!

What is NOT COVERED!!

Hypoglycemia is not included in Guarantee.
It is very important to prevent symptoms before they start by keeping food and water
available 24 hours a day until your puppy matures to 4 months of age or at least 2.5 lbs in
weight.  
Be sure your puppy knows where the food is at all times.  Limit playtime to an hour at a
time during the first 2 weeks at home and allow for plenty of time for rest.  

Lots of love and attention  is KEY in your new puppies life. So make sure you are holding and loving your new addition several times a day.

6. I am not responsible for your puppy getting ill due to stress. If you feel or see signs of your puppy getting stressed, please call your vet right away. Some stress signs are loose stools, not eating or drinking and not wanting to move around and  appearing nervous.

7.After your Deposit is made  on the puppy of your choice please sign this and Mail it back to me,
Before Shipping or if you plan to pick up the puppy in person.

8. I only Accept POSTAL MONEY ORDERS or payments made through PAYPAL add 3%) . All payments must 1st CLEAR before I will ship a puppy. If your picking up in person CASH or Postal Money order ONLY unless other arragements have been made with me.

 9. If your puppy has been shipped on an Airplane you will see nervousness and being scared he/she may not eat for a day or so. Please make sure you are comforting your puppy a lot during this stressful time!

10. If your not picking up your Puppy and someone else is ,you have 3 days to have that person or you to get your puppy vet checked. If your New Puppy is going to a Breeder you need to quarantine the new pup until he/she is vet checked. I can NOT guarantee a healthy puppy if is it being transfered  from one breeder to another, I don't know your set up and what could be a potential hazard or Illness that could linger at your Kennel  or home if there are several other dogs around if or and you breed. This is your responsibility to ensure the safety/health of your new baby puppy.
