I am Joormana. Paradoxiaclly most people tend to mispronunce my name. :) Well, "What's in a name?" asks Shakespeare ... identity, i say. My name? " Joor " means tranquility, the kind of quiet that descends after a turbulence and, " mana " refers to the mind ! So, "Joormana", the one in whose mind rests tranquility, quiet, peace et al. :) Currently i am an aspiring engineering student; trying to forge a career at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Once Pericles rightly observed "What we leave behind is not what is engraved on stone monuments but what is woven into the lives of others!" Before being anything, it would be my humble perseverance to identify myself as a human-being capable of walking upright!
