- American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Credit card transactions are valid for U.S. shipping destinations only
- Personal Check in US funds. Order via the Internet, fax, telephone, or by mail. Customers ordering by check do not need to mail us their payments; we produce check drafts based on information provided by authorizing customers.
- Money order in US funds. Please make checks and money orders payable to Dr. Ira Jones.
- Account (U.S. only): We must receive an authorized purchase order at least one week in advance. Purchase orders are subject to a $25.00 minimum item order per delivery.

Educational Institutions
Customers indicating an educational institution as their destination should include the exact department and/or building name, etc., with the street delivery address, or provide us with an off-campus street address.
International Shipments
Please contact us in advance to confirm shipping costs. International terms and conditions vary outside the U.S. and Canada, and additional charges may apply beyond invoice total. Payments are accepted in U.S. currency only. Please verify in advance that desired items will be accepted by customs inspection.
Damaged Shipments and Returns
In spite of our best efforts, sometimes problems occur in transit. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will replace the unsatisfactory or missing item. For returns, notify us within 5 days for authorization prior to returning the item(s).
