The focus of the first session is an intake of what patterns work, taking stock, and setting the intention to release what doesn't serve you. In the massage part of this session, I’ll work through your body, helping you to connect to areas that reflect your set intention. In the second session we'll have space for your update, sharing what has surfaced and what you have noticed since your last session. Then you’ll get on the table for the release of holding patterns, and a detoxifying massage. The third session will again begin with your update, following which we’ll focus on cleansing and releasing the patterns you’ve detoxed. And in the fourth session, we'll reset your body, ready for new supportive patterns that will help you not only your release, but also maintaining the shifts you’ve chosen.
The Spring Somatic Bodywork Cleanse is designed to take 4 weeks, one session per week, to recharge your energy and amplify your care. There will be optional and highly recommended light take homes (my way of gifting you home work) to facilitate awareness and to deepen your experience, and vital to the cleansing process. Make time for these extra goodies to allow absorption and to acclimate the work. If you'd like go slower with the process, schedule your sessions every other week, and again, if you'd like to up the ante and invite your shifts and activate your repatterning, book your sessions closer together. This 4 session series is designed works alongside maintaining our daily lives, while empowering you to make the valuable shifts to support yourself through your body-health.

I recommend an additional 5th session to the Spring Somatic Bodywork Cleanse. It is the Setting & Settling phase which is integral to the whole cleansing process. To keep costs down, and to consider your busy lives, I am offering it as the optimizing option for clients who want to optimize the benefits of the cleanse. It's an additional 90 min session of bodywork to be scheduled after the initial 4 sessions of the cleanse is complete. I’d like to explain it this way– Have you ever made custard? In those precious moments after it is prepared, it needs to ‘set’. This is what the 5th session is all about. Setting and settling into your skin, fascia, bodies (emotional, spiritual, physical). I strongly encourage you to include this as part of your cleanse package as an important step between repatterning and integrating. This session initiates the setting process of all of the work you have done through the cleansing & detoxing process. Various modalities of energy work including Reiki are used to rebalance your system. This is the beginning of the integration process that you will experience after the cleanse. It is the anchoring point, so that later on down the line, you will have conscious somatic memory to refer back to and remember where you’ve been on your journey this spring. You will continue to integrate on your own, and in your following sessions throughout the year. -After all, what are you going to do with your one wild and precious life!?
